Inaugural opening of ClimateContemporary featuring Palm Paintings, a new body of work by Ian Johnson.

ClimateContemporary is a contemporary gallery, interdisciplinary art space, and working studio based in Mexico. Conceived as an artist-led, project-based initiative, it operates as a pop-up, a fixed-location venue, and an online platform (tbc). Its mission is to present new work that engages with climate issues—tracing the human imprint on the landscape and its ongoing environmental impact. By bridging physical, digital, and studio space, ClimateContemporary offers a site for creation, critical reflection, and public engagement.
